Wow, a long list of events full of magic and transformational opportunity! I feel that I am expanding in the spectrum of offerings while also working with New Mission Yoga in San Francisco and the Lotus Entheogenic Church in Oakland. Our collaboration with the Sanctuary of Healing Arts is blossoming and we are excited about our upcoming tour to Oregon! Sacred Amazonian Ceremony

Arrival: 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Eostar and Mathias are offering a one-day Amazonian retreat near Corvallis, at the “Sanctuary of Healing Arts”. Surrounded by beautiful forests and open fields, this retreat location is truly magnificent. Eostar and Mathias will be providing a deep and powerful container for their participants to surrender to the healing power of this medicine. There will be an approximately 6-hr ceremony on Friday evening, into the night, followed by a double integration session on Saturday : first a group breathwork and sound journey and then an integration circle. The group Breathwork session is designed to deepen the experience and teach a tool that participants can take home to continue the integration process. Eostar and Mathias support the sacred plant medicine ceremonial work with their original Heart Songs/ Medicine songs, South American medicine songs (including Eostar’s Peruvian mentor, Alonso Del Rio’s songs), mantra music, sound healing, energy clearing and a strong healing container powered by the group’s collective prayers and intentions. There will be an opportunity for sing-along, as well as to share songs in the latter portion of the evening. This is a wonderful opportunity to drop in deeper into one’s own spiritual evolutionary potential, experience the super-power of a ceremonial container and to form bonds with a community of people doing this work together in a clear, conscious and peaceful healing container.

The ceremony starts 7:00 pm and latest arrival time is 6 pm. Everyone must stay on the property overnight and may choose to sleep in the community room or in private rooms that are available for an extra cost.

Join Eostar and Mathias for a night of magic, singing songs of love, bliss and healing activated and inspired by our sacred Psilocybin mushroom allies….

There will be a ceremonial opening and a closing of the evening.

All participants are required to arrive between 5:00 – 5:30 pm and must stay till the official closing of the ceremony at 1:00 am-ish. At that point participants can choose to stay or leave.

Cacao will also be served as it’s a wonderful compliment to the sacred mushrooom medicine.

This event will be an intentional ceremony to deeply introspect, journey and enjoy listening and singing along to sacred songs in the healing space. There will also be a sound healing instrumental section for deep-dive journeying.

Eostar will introduce the film “The Four Altars” produced and written by her friend and mentor Alonso Del Rio, a Peruvian Ayahuasca Shaman. She will answer questions afterward.

“The Four Altars” seeks to show two great themes: the first one is to expose the urgent attention that the Amazon and the planet need due to the over-exploitation of resources; the second one is the transformation of consciousness through Sacred Plants. Through Ana’s story and the discovery of her own self- knowledge journey, we can observe the complexity of the human behavior and its capacity for constant change. In the search for happiness, we feed a system that is increasingly distorted that takes us away from the essence of what it means to be human.
During her trip to Peru, Ana unexpectedly discovers the world of sacred plants, generating a profound transformation in her vision of life and her priorities. Highly sensitized during her trip to the Amazon, she witnesses the ecological crime committed there every day and decides to do everything she can to change it. To bring awareness and respect for the planet, plants and all living things is the intention of this project. We know that through this story we can create empathy to turn the gaze of society towards these problematics that our world is facing. We trust that a powerful film can transform the outlook of our viewers. The purpose of this film is not only to entertain but to expand consciousness on people and society.

Microdosing Psychedelics -3 hrs workshop

Eostar Kamala M.A. will give a presentation on Microdosing Psychedelics and will have a Q&A with participants. Eostar will talk about the benefits of microdosing psychedelics as well as the specific microdosing formulas and their various active ingredients. Participants will learn about which amino-acids, medicinal mushrooms and herbs can supercharge one’s microdosing protocol. Eostar will talk about microdosing with a few different mushrooms and herbs and the specific differences between them. Find out about unique psychedelic herbs such as the Voacanga Africana, which is part of one of the microdosing formulas of the “Alchemical Dimensions” line. There will also be a unique display of four different formulas with Blue Lotus Flower – a euphoric dream-herb from Egypt that was part of many ritual elixirs.

Mindfulness in Microdosing – 6-week course

After the popular weekly Microdosing FAQ Zoom Calls and the 6-week Mindfulness in Microdosing Courses that Eostar has been leading, she is starting a new 6-week in-person course for those who would like to microdose psychedelics, while being held by an intentional and conscious container.

Classes will take place at the Lotus Entheogenic Church in North Oakland on Mondays from 5:00-7:00 pm.

Based on her interviews with clients, Eostar found that many people who try microdosing on their own, don’t get much of a result because they do not persevere staying on a protocol over at least a few months period of time. They also often lack guidance or an intentional container. “Mindfulness in Microdosing” is an answer to a growing demand from people who want sustainable break-throughs and radical positive transformation in their lives and who wish to microdose mindfully.

Eostar is now offering a container that will not only lead participants through the A-Z of microdosing but also guiding them through mindfulness practices that can effectively enhance results. “Mindfulness in Microdosing” is radically different from haphazard dropping of random amounts of psychedelics. Now we will be working together in a small group to establish the right dosage and the right protocol for everyone and combine these with practices such as breathwork, meditation, intention setting, journaling and understanding radical Self-Love. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions and discuss personal experiences.

Eostar holds a Master’s degree in Education, she is a certified yoga instructor and a certified breathwork facilitator. She has been supporting people in their healing journey for many years, using the many modalities she has been trained in. Eostar is also a musician who facilitates sacred ceremonies. Her experience with sacred plant medicines goes back decades in time, including several trips to Peru where she was working with a shaman.

There will be two parts for two sessions to this afternoon with the amazing 5MEO DMT medicine. The first session will be 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. The second session will be 3:00pm – 6:00 pm.

At the beginning of the session, medicine man, Oliver Taber will serve a light dose of 5MEO DMT. Participants will journey with that for a short while and then, upon return Eostar will offer a group breathwork session followed by a sound healing journey.

About Oliver Taber: Oliver is a kind human being with a passion for helping others. He takes pride in facilitating a nurturing loving space for healing. He has studied with many medicine people from various countries, assisting with many different sacred medicine ceremonies. He has also studied biology, medicinal plants, regenerating living systems, addiction recovery and cognitive education. He trained to serve 5MEO DMT and Bufo with the International Alliance of Natural Mystics and has been sharing this sacred medicine for years.

What is 5MEO DMT?

5-Methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine (5-MeO-DMT) is a naturally occurring, short-acting psychedelic tryptamine, produced by a variety of plant and animal species. Plants containing 5-MeO-DMT have been used throughout history for ritual and spiritual purposes.

When vaporized, a single deep inhalation of 5-MeO-DMT produces strong psychoactive effects within 15 seconds. After inhalation, the user usually experiences a warm sensation, euphoria, and strong visual and auditory hallucinations. The duration of these effects are comparable to those of DMT, lasting between 15 and 20 minutes. According to trip reports, at commonly-used doses, 5-MeO-DMT may possess the most complex and overwhelming effects of the classic psychedelic family.

Dr. Chris Timmermann has been investigating the effects of 5-MeO-DMT at the Center for Psychedelic Research, at Imperial College London. He described the psychedelic for us: “What makes 5-MeO-DMT truly unique,” Timmermann says, “is its apparent ability to induce states of ego dissolution in such a reliable fashion. The structure of the experience is fundamentally altered compared to other psychedelics – which usually provide a very rich visual experience. With ‘5-MeO’, users apparently experience a ‘white light’ that is closely associated with the ego-death experience. It is that ego-death experience that appears to have a radical impact on the user, especially in the case of addiction.” According to Dr. Timmerman, the reliability with which 5-MeO-DMT appears to induce ego dissolution and non-dual consciousness is as interesting for consciousness research as it is for experimental psychiatry. Indeed, 5-MeO-DMT appears to induce a state of “non-dual consciousness,” which refers to a state of being in which subject and object are undifferentiated, similar to that reported by experienced meditators.

Ayahuasca Ceremonies with Eostar+ team

Eostar will be holding two Sacred Ayahuasca Ceremonies at Mission Yoga: on May 17th and 18th. She is inviting everyone who feels the call to come and participate in one or both ceremonies, ever-deepening the dive into the Great Mystery.

Eostar will be providing a magical and powerful container for her participants to surrender to the healing power of the great healer Grandmother. There will be an approximately 6-hr ceremony on Friday evening, into the night, followed by an Integration Circle on Saturday morning. Participants will then be invited optionally to participate in an afternoon yoga class and then dive deep into the second ceremony on Saturday night. On Sunday morning we will start with a group breathwork session followed by a sound healing journey. This group Breathwork session is designed to deepen the transformational experience and teach a tool that participants can take home to continue the integration process. This work will be followed by an Integration Circle.
